I had trauma stress in my shoulders and Justin gave the best massage. Highly professional and just the right tension. Their studio is warm, ambient and calm. Even a heated table. Excellent. Cannot fault and would highly recommend Just Invigorate in central Chichester.

You can tell upon arrival that Justin is passionate about his craft and his clear goal is to help you. A clear consultation ensued, where I felt listened too and my thoughts and needs/wants were empathetically acknowledged and a clear plan put into place. Then next 90 minutes that followed were nothing but the hight of tranquility, fully body and mind transformative, purely ataractic. Afterwards I felt no rush to leave, I was given time to return to a more compos mentis state with no feeling of pressure or urgency to leave. A truly serene experience and I’m looking forward to returning.
