Fantastic deep tissue massage from Garry. I have a trigger point deep under my shoulder blade and he did a perfect job of releasing it. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and he is clearly very knowledgeable about the body and was able to answer my questions. I feel much better after my treatment.

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!
