'Twas a more...subtle session; felt refreshed but also more focused afterwards (then again, had been stressed out from the previous few days so talking/venting[!] was just as important for me this time). Justine's listening supportive presence, + my Deep Tissue Back Neck & Shoulders treatment of course, clearly made a big difference (to the point that, additionally, I'd almost consider an encounter [after leaving Naturally Serene] as providence [resulting from this session?]. But 'tis another story). Again...thank you hun, here's to next time.

I'd had an especially rough day or so (not expected), prior to my Naturally Serene Deep Tissue Back Neck & Shoulders session; meaning a greater need to be taken care of, to be heard (+ to be pampered!)...thank you for creating that space, Justine. Certainly afterwards; clouds seemed thinner with more blue in the heavens, sunlight seemed brighter/warmer (OK, being @ a poetry event the night before may've also contributed to that last bit)...

Being a good listener & helpful, Justine also clearly knows what she's doing (re Deep Tissue Back, Neck & Shoulders). Despite my back issues becoming harder to ignore(!) for some time now, an especially painful recent episode (along with my age) has convinced me of the need to take such messages more seriously. Have to say too...that the space Justine creates @ Naturally Serene feels like a safe 1, for me. After only 2 of these sessions, there's already a definite improvement (in my flexibility/movements). Thank you hun; so, time to book my next NS session...

This was my second visit to Justine as always she was very welcoming, I had a Deep Tissue Back, neck and shoulder it was very much needed! It left me feeling amazing afterwards. Will be rebooking again soon!

Justine is lovely! She listens to everything you need to say. Takes in to consideration if you have one spot you would prefer to focus on. She gives good advice for aftercare. Very easy to talk to aswell 😊 Would recommend!
