'Twas a more...subtle session; felt refreshed but also more focused afterwards (then again, had been stressed out from the previous few days so talking/venting[!] was just as important for me this time). Justine's listening supportive presence, + my Deep Tissue Back Neck & Shoulders treatment of course, clearly made a big difference (to the point that, additionally, I'd almost consider an encounter [after leaving Naturally Serene] as providence [resulting from this session?]. But 'tis another story). Again...thank you hun, here's to next time.

Being a good listener & helpful, Justine also clearly knows what she's doing (re Deep Tissue Back, Neck & Shoulders). Despite my back issues becoming harder to ignore(!) for some time now, an especially painful recent episode (along with my age) has convinced me of the need to take such messages more seriously. Have to say too...that the space Justine creates @ Naturally Serene feels like a safe 1, for me. After only 2 of these sessions, there's already a definite improvement (in my flexibility/movements).
