First session with Rick this morning and what an experience. Super knowledgable and friendly. Within 10minutes I was seeing and feeling improvements. listen there's no buttering you up about how it feels 😂 during the time there it was rough af however the feeling of being able to touch my toes without the feeling of my lower back being pulled out and just the overall tightness in my legs gone is worth every penny and I'd do it again. Rick is a professional who knows his shit. giving it the L1 R2 square circle speech about the back but then dumbs it down for the norms 😂 the results speak for themselves. great guy great work. see you soon.

No pain, no gain!! Rick tolerated all my nonsense but still treated me and scraped me to death! I didn’t realise how tight my IT band was but he’s helped soften my muscles to help my back pain. I need to go back again to tackle my shoulders!

Very professional service. Put me at ease as nervous. Clearly knows his stuff and provided information on what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this service as already my neck feels easier to move although I am sore today but that’s part of the healing process.

Rick is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does! I have had issues with my back for 10+ years and have been to many different physios and chiropractors that haven’t helped. Great experience that has left me in a much better place. See below for a propper breakdown of the info I would want to know. My issue: I’ve struggled on and off for years with lower back and hip pain. I can normally self-manage this but had found myself in a bad place for a few weeks and none of my normal fixes were working. This works. If you value your time don't waste it on Physio's or the like. Don't waste your money elsewhere either. This works. Don't be put off by the pics - yes it bruises, yes it hurts, a bit (not as much as I thought it would tbh), but it works. Nice guy, knows what he is doing, great treatment. PS. I suffer from chronic back pains and other health issues, I have had this treatment from Rick before and I can honestly say this is the only thing that works from taking 8 different pain killers a day to not having to take anything says it itself, very easy to talk to and very understanding. I can’t recommend Rick enough to people, I work in the health care and I wish this treatment option was provided to patients as an alternative option to medicines. I attended the muscle scraper on the Thursday, and following the treatment for my severe back pain.. i literally jumped off the treatment couch like a spring chicken... in all my years under NHS physios and specialist pain relief.. i have never felt instantaneous relief like i did. Rick is a healing genius..and whats more he diagnosed my back pain is purely down to my legs.. and in fact never touched my back...just my legs.. Since this time my posture is far more alligned, my pain is virtually gone and generally i am feeling soo much better. I cannot recommend the muscle scraper high enough..…
