It was really good, and I had to have a sit down for a little while afterwards as I felt super floaty and relaxed. The *audible* release of tension was incredible - sounded like she'd set firecrackers off underneath my skin, but in a good way.However, I'd booked a hot stone massage but got a deep tissue. Not the end of the world, as it was my first ever massage, and I don't really know the difference
