I would highly recommend the TMJ Jaw Release massage. I have been having massages on my back, neck and shoulders for a while now and when Justine told me about the new treatment she was offering, I wanted to try it and I was not disappointed. It was amazing! It massaged my face, jaw, neck, head and shoulders and an interesting massage inside the cheeks of my mouth. It felt strange at first but what a difference it made. The whole experience was fantastic, so relaxing and treated areas of my face and jaw I had never experienced before. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I just had my first grandchild and was with her for 10 days. I was stiff all over and treated myself to a relaxing massage with Sarah. I know there are post-partum and pregnancy massages for mums but there should be a 'New Grandma Massage'. I feel great, my body has relaxed after tension from cradling a baby and picking up and awkward positions. Sarah always provides a solution.

A brilliant holistic massage. So relaxing but also finding all the areas that needed to be ‘worked on’

The few days prior to this Naturally Serene visit...hadn't been the best for me. So (in addition to another lush relaxing massage, naturally) a space was needed, where I could (allow myself) to rest/to clear my head/to be heard. I have now had multiple holistic massages with Sarah where she has tirelessly worked on my feet and calves to minimise my plantar fasciitis symptoms and a problematic toe allowing me to maintain my running hobby. I continue to be impressed with Sarah’s knowledge and wide ranging knowledge and skill in interpreting what my body is doing and saying. I have also had my second hot stone massage which was heavenly and timely to reduce my stress levels. I had the most relaxing Thai foot massage with Sarah today. It was my first visit, and they are always a little nerve rattling, but Sarah was lovely and friendly, and very easy to talk to. Very obviously skilled at her craft, and my feet and lower legs feel great right now. Her couch is easily the most comfortable I’ve ever been on - it deserves a mention, because as a big woman with dodgy and creaky bits, it’s not always easy to get comfy enough to enjoy a massage, to be frank! No problems here, it was perfect. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on - thank you!

Sarah is a consumate professional - I was immediately impressed with the thoroughness of her questioning to gain a holistic overview of my psychological and physical needs. I then had my first and amazing hot stone massage which left me completely relaxed calm and stress free. After assessing my body’s condition Sarah advised that my feet need a full hour massage to help with various issues linked to my love of running. I did not hesitate to book my next session and would not hesitate to recommend Sarah.

Having not had a Hot Stones massage previously (from anyone, to my recollection), I ended up feeling pretty...spaced out! Really relaxed, + gotta concur with such a massage being particularly helpful for broken bones fractures etc as well (picked up a double-fracture @ the end of last year); there was a difference.
