I had the best experience. The staff were so friendly and informative. I did the sauna and then the red light therapy. The staff explained how to use the red light bed. So, I felt so comfortable and so relaxed after my session. The red light therapy felt so good on my body easing my aches and pains. I will definitely be back so I can feel even better!

This is the second time in coming to Cure HQ Recovery. This time using the compression boots as well as infra red sauna and ice bath. It’s amazing. Left feeling rejuvenated! Again!

Such a beautiful space to relax and unwind. Used the infrared sauna facilities and quickly understanding the term “sauna is life”. The facilities are immaculate, calming and inviting everything you would expect from a wellness hub. Lastly the care the lovely owner shows is so rare in this day and age, always smiling and very helpful with all my questions it’s a pleasure supporting this fabulous business

What a beautiful and warm welcome to my first experience at Cura. All the facilities are meticulously kept and presented. From the fluffy white towels to the chilled complimentary bottles of spring water in the infrared sauna room it was such a beautiful space to unwind and focus on some wellness. Holistically all the gems are available for purchase from Celtic Sea Salt, Best of the Bone broth to your Shilajit not to mention the all star line up of vitamin. Told hubby while others buy take away coffees weekly this will be my spend…Gotta love girl maths ❤️

First time visiting. Efficient booking system and excellent greet and check in on arrival. Infrared sauna room was great. Shower if you need it, mirror, basin. Curtain for privacy. Awesome chilled music. Definitely recommend 10/10

Cure HQ have a gorgeous & luxurious space. It’s evident they have thought out the customer experience when designing the layout of the treatment rooms. I personally love how private the infrared sauna room is. I will definitely be back & cannot wait to try other treatments too 😊

The experience was great. It was nice and simple. There is a couple of accessibility issues and challenges that made me review a 4/5 stars. First of all, the hooks are way too tall in both change rooms and toilets, especially in the disabled toilet. The hooks are inaccessible to hook on a toiletry bag. In other bathhouses there's always a small stool in the change rooms and I had to literally sit on the floor to put on my clothes, lotion and cream. The fold out bench is NOT STABLE. I have no idea how this is disability friendly. I would suggest putting on handles to enter and exit the spa.

Had a fantastic treatment today with Yaz. I could really see the difference in my skin. Both Tanya and Yaz have been terrific. Everything is explained fully and you are made to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic .

Absolutely wonderful! My body has gotten used to the sauna now & ACTUALLY SWEATS! It feels sooo good!

Absolutly incredible! Its like there is something in the air to make you relax the minute you walk in the door. Then the bathhouse has this beautiful hum of the bubbles that sink you deeper into rest. Its like a nap on steroids. I feel like the extras of sauna & cold plung are a steal! Thanks so much for making this so perfectly laid out & such an impactful experience. I look forward to making more time to visit more frequently.
