Helen was amazing! I woke up this morning with the puffiness on top of my cheek bones gone and I swear my ankles are more slender and my knees less puffy LOL. A fantastic experience and I will definitely be having more lymphatic drainage sessions with her. Thank you Helen.

Remedial massage by Carmel was excellent also did the dry float but unfortunately I am not a fan as I struggle to completely relax for 1 hour. Will be going again in the near future.
