So nice and clean and relaxing here! The saunas are amazing quality and I love having the option of the traditional/finnish sauna or infared sauna.

Had the best lymphatic massage experience with Carmel . She was very kind and looks after you very well . Then the infrared sauna was the also very good experience . Place was absolutely clean and the music was really soothing. Body D-tox Preston is highly recommended for all the remedial massage experiences . The girl at the reception is also very kind and treat all the customers so well

Such a beautiful space to relax and unwind. Used the infrared sauna facilities and quickly understanding the term “sauna is life”. The facilities are immaculate, calming and inviting everything you would expect from a wellness hub. Lastly the care the lovely owner shows is so rare in this day and age, always smiling and very helpful with all my questions it’s a pleasure supporting this fabulous business

What a beautiful and warm welcome to my first experience at Cura. All the facilities are meticulously kept and presented. From the fluffy white towels to the chilled complimentary bottles of spring water in the infrared sauna room it was such a beautiful space to unwind and focus on some wellness. Holistically all the gems are available for purchase from Celtic Sea Salt, Best of the Bone broth to your Shilajit not to mention the all star line up of vitamin. Told hubby while others buy take away coffees weekly this will be my spend…Gotta love girl maths ❤️

Mike’s breath and sound healing class is magical. He is so talented and his gentle nature makes you feel at ease and calm. My entire body tingled while taking in deep breaths and I could feel every cell revive!! The vibration of the didgeridoo and sound bowels is so breathtaking! What an amazing hour of beautiful sounds. 🤩🥰🙏

I had a wonderful relaxation massage with Bianca. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. Bianca explained that the therapeutic background music wasn't working that day, but honestly, it didn't detract from the experience at all. Her calming presence and excellent technique made the massage so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. Very chill experience at Sóma. I had a private room with a sauna and ice plunge. It was really quiet and relaxing and I feel very zen. Highly recommend! One minor blip is I found booking the intro offer a bit confusing and I couldn’t work out how to book it on the website so I ended up paying full price.

I loved it! The private sauna is abit tight for two but lovely for one.

Absolutely wonderful! My body has gotten used to the sauna now & ACTUALLY SWEATS! It feels sooo good!

Absolutly incredible! Its like there is something in the air to make you relax the minute you walk in the door. Then the bathhouse has this beautiful hum of the bubbles that sink you deeper into rest. Its like a nap on steroids. I feel like the extras of sauna & cold plung are a steal! Thanks so much for making this so perfectly laid out & such an impactful experience. I look forward to making more time to visit more frequently.
