A truly incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with warmth and given thorough recommendations for my choice of treatment. The bath house is small but has everything you need with just the right amount of natural light. I enjoyed the complete quiet - the only thing you could hear were the jets in the magnesium pool. The massage and facial were stunning. Mandy was attentive and it was a really inspiring for a budding massage therapy. It was the best way to spend my last day in Melbourne. Left feeling calm and invigorated for the day ahead.

I used to live in Japan and miss going to onsen / sento. This was almost like the real thing apart from having to wear a swimsuit but understand culturally it is more appropriate. Next time I'm in Melbourne I will be back for sure. Loved it!!!

Good experience, in the future I would opt for a 60 min session though as you are rushed from sauna, to shower to icebath.

The best place in Melbourne to recharge. Highly recommend the HBOT paired with Red Light Therapy if you want to feel a million dollars.

I can’t recommend the orchard Richmond highly enough. During my cancer treatment, I attended regularly and found the hyperbaric chamber incredibly supportive for my recovery and wellbeing. The team are attentive, caring, and truly invested in your health. I also love the floatation tank, red light therapy, and sauna—perfect for relaxing and recharging. A wonderful space for healing. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my treatments at the Orchard Richmond I tried the Red light Therapy, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and infrared sauna - loved them all and feel so wonderful and relaxed . Excellent facilities, super clean & the owner Symee explained the treatments thoroughly. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

First time visit and I loved it. Red Light Therapy, followed by a Sauna and ended with a relaxing float in the magnesium flotation cocoon. I’ve never felt so relaxed. I highly recommend a visit. Am already a huge fan of this place and Symee the owner / operator… but even more so now after watching Huberman podcast with the evidence for HBOT and RLT and Sauna.

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.
