I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. Natalie was warm and welcoming right from the start till the end. The salon is well set located and very clean and spacious. I was thrilled with the wash and blow wave by Natalie, for a party I was going to the next day. I got so many compliments for my bouncy and shiny curls. I can’t believe they lasted. Natalie is a true professional. Highly recommend.

Really good, Jackson was great did, exactly what I wanted and then changed it a tiny bit into a style he thought would look good and that worked out great. Good convo and was happy to do little touch ups I asked for and explained what he was doing through the cut. Buzzing!
