I've been going to Lauren every fortnight for a while now for remedial massages and back cupping, and honestly she's the best! She always knows exactly where I'm holding tension and gets right into it. The cupping has been a game changer for my back. I leave every session feeling so much relaxed and lighter ! Such an amazing experience! I had a lymphatic drainage treatment and honestly felt the difference straight away. I left feeling so much lighter, less bloated and refreshed. The whole treatment was relaxing and I was made to feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was so lovely, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything so well. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍
