Always my absolute favourite place to come for deep relaxation and healing. Santana is the only massage therapist I’ve ever had who can massage my legs without them tickling like crazy! it’s just pure relaxation every time. She has a beautifully firm pressure if that’s what you enjoy, but she’s also fantastic at adjusting to a softer, more relaxing massage when needed. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and counting down the days to my next visit.

I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well looked after. The massage was exactly what I needed— Jasmine took the time to listen, focused on the areas that were causing me tension, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I walked out feeling lighter, completely relaxed, and with so much of the tightness and stress gone. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I had my first facial with Ella and it was amazing! I have never felt so relaxed during a facial. Ella was very knowledgable and explained the facial thoroughly. During the facial Ella did a neck and shoulder massage which was so relaxing! Looking forward to starting algae peels in September. Highly recommend!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. had the most amazing experience with Heather yesterday. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage followed by a mini HydraFacial, and honestly the whole hour was just lovely from start to finish. The massage was absolutely amazing — Heather is so good at what she does and I felt completely relaxed. I genuinely felt amazing for the rest of the day afterwards. I finally had the opportunity to book a full-body massage with Anastasia today, and it exceeded all my expectations. I would have say that the massage I had with Olivia today was the most relaxing experience ive ever had as far as massages go. I was very stressed after a full noise week at work and needed to to do something to de-stress. My first thought was to stab my eye with a blunt fork as that would have less stressful than my week 🤣 but no.....I booked a 1hr massage at Revive, clicked the "any therapist" option and was lucky enough to have Olivia as my guardian angel. I actually nearly fell asleep which is not the norm for me. Sooooo relaxing. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended 🙏

We had a lovely chilled day the staff are really friendly and welcoming The gardens are so peaceful and plenty of places to lounge in the sunshine We had our massage treatments with Christa which were amazing and so relaxing The only let down is that our massages were one after the other rather than having similar treatment times so we didn't get to have lunch together and spent more time apart than with each other We have since been told that they can try to help with treatment timing if we call after booking online So we will be booking again

Had a great experience this morning at Zilda's. Holistic Thai foot massage, mini facial and Reiki blessing. Zinaida is high skilled and very knowledgeable. She used a combination of pressure points, manipulation, massage and vibration to really relax my feet and entire body. The facial was so relaxing too using natural products. Topped off with a Reiki energy blessing I walked out feeling so calm and relaxed. Thanks Zinaida ♥️

Ambar is absolutely amazing! She is professional, attentive, and very receptive to requests. Her pressure was perfect, and she was incredibly accommodating to ensure the massage was exactly what I needed. She is also very easy to talk to, making the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. My husband, who is very particular about massages, finally said he found someone who was good. My massage with Ambar was just as wonderful. Her pressure was perfect, her technique was calming and effective, and I left feeling super relaxed. I would 100% recommend Ambar!! Book with her!

Zoe was amazing!! She ensured my experience aligned to expectations delivering on my request for a firm head massage and got the pressure exactly right.
