Shout to Holly & Kerry at Sports Recovery Studio. I came in frustrated after trying other treatments that didn’t help. They listened, explained things clearly, and put a recovery plan together for me. I started with red light therapy and the whole experience has been great. Professional, caring, and results-focused. The venue is still new as we were told but we didn’t hear any disruptions. What a perfect combination of treatments. Full body and reflexology. Melody the best therapist and the lady that did my sisters treatment too. We will definitely be back very very soon!!

The place is aesthetically pleasing. Clean. Ladies are friendly. At 1st I was like I don't need an hr for a holly. Did I not almost fall asleep. Mary was so gentle, so thorough. They are now stuck with me. And that glass of wine was a cherry on top.

It was my first time having a lymphatic drainage massage. Nadia was absolutely amazing and she immediately made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely cared for.
