Oh wow, oh wow oh wow! This place is magical and my massage was absolutely beyond this world! I get quite a few massages because I run a lot Academy in Oxford so I’m always in need of a massage… this particular massage was my favourite ever massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! Exceptional service as soon as you enter the salon and even a parting tea left for you to sip and enjoy as you leave! I think I found my new favourite place! thank you to the owner and to May for a wonderful time. As a mum of a 1yr old these times are really special and you made it extra special so thank you.

Sandra immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and genuine kindness. The massage was extremely relaxing and my face is still glowing from the facial. I enjoyed every moment. Sandra has even sent me a recipe we were discussing. A thoroughly lovely experience and well worth a trip to Oxford.

What an incredible experience! I did the massage chair, infrared sauna, and float session — and each part felt like a step deeper into total relaxation. The massage chair was surprisingly powerful and helped loosen all the tension in my back. The infrared sauna felt warm and healing, without being overwhelming. And the float session… pure peace. It was like pressing pause on the world. The space is spotless and calming, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. I booked this for my friend, who is usually sceptical about who she lets massage her, yet was very and pleasantly surprised. She wrote "Jennifer was REALLY amazing. I had a dislocated shoulder injury, which was still rehabilitating, and Jenny was super gentle yet very effective where my injury was concerned. What a fantastic sanctuary in Oxford! I had a great experience with a pregnancy massage. The set up is very professional and authentic. There are two friendly receptionists, as well as very presentable, competent, and forthcoming staff. There is a nice changing room and lockers and you get a robe and flipflops. Everything is very clean, and pleasantly warm! There is also a nice rest area and refreshments. Can highly recommend.

Honestly the best massage! Mr ice just knew every point that needed focusing on. Really firm pressure which I love. The way he actually spent time on my tension points and I felt the muscles soften then he moved on! Got so many clicks out my back and hips too. I came away feeling lighter! As a therapist myself you just know when somone puts there all into a session, he genuinely worked hard and focused that hour 20 on my needs. Defo needs a pay rise aha! Thank you mr ice!!

Excellent 25-min upper body massage - the masseuse was very skilled and applied just the right amount of pressure. Loved the stretching at the end too! Calming waiting and relaxation area with some nice refreshments too 😇

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

It was my first time having a full body oil massage by Ms. Ura, and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and delivered a very relaxing massage for me. The welcome from the reception staff was also positive and lovely. Altogether, a great experience and I can’t wait to come back for more massages! Thank you so much Oxford Thy Spa team. 🩷
