A great final session from my block of six. A lovely back and leg massage followed by Chinese acupuncture. I fell into a deep sleep I was so relaxed. I'll be back trying out some of the other things in offer.

A wonderful session 5. Lovely back massage, with cups and then my acupuncture, which included a Buddhist triangle on each wrist this week. Deanna listens to me and is so knowledgeable. I always float out of there after my treatments but never want to get up off the treatment bed. Thanks Deanna as always.

Kerrie made me feel at ease throughout as she treated me to a full body holistic massage that swept away all those little niggles and aches. She applied just the right level of pressure to deliver release without discomfort. By the end I was so relaxed that I could happily have stayed in place and slept through the night. Instead I got up feeling calm, rejuvenated and pain-free; a far cry from the tight muscles, arthritic inflammation and busyness I had taken into The Yoga House.

The massage was very relaxing and I enjoyed the new experience of being massaged on the floor. I particularly liked it when Kerrie found and released tight areas around my shoulders and neck.

An amazing way to relax I had the head and face massage - utter bliss. I was made to feel so special and given time to fully enjoy the experience - thanks so much
