It was my first time getting a massage and it was great. Their customer service skills where on point and my masseuse did an exceptional job in creating a safe, warm, relaxed environment for the session. Their environment overall was well clean and tidy. I chose a relaxation hot stone massage with Tiffany. This was the spa experience I was hoping for! Imagine warmth under your neck and heat being massaged into your feet at the same time while relaxing, twinkling mini lights shine from the ceiling. What a treat. 💕

Great environment, everyone there is super lovely and polite. I love all the local art and handmade products available. Best massage therapist I've found. This was my first visit to Muscle Matters in Steinbach. I was surprised by how big the place is considering how small the store front is. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist. My therapist was Joanna Penner and I immediately felt comfortable with her. We talked about a plan moving forward and I look forward to my future treatments. The hour just flew by.

Massage was relaxing and therapeutic. Environment was great that I fell asleep AGAIN. Thank you Tiffanie.
