Aromatherapy massage was heavenly. So relaxing and just what I needed after a busy week. Natcha also added in some biometric stretching for me as I am working on my flexibility. At Only U, there is not a "one size fits all" approach, the team listens to what your body needs and caters the massage to suit you. Adding this to my list of amazing massages.

Had yet another wonderful experience at Bamboo spa Lower Hutt. My Masseuse Rachel is such a caring person who is adaptable to concentrating on specific tight areas on the back and shoulders when requested. Bamboo spa Lower Hutt is by far the best massages I’ve experienced. Highly recommend their traditional Hilot massage with Ventura cupping.

My partner had a great experience. A lovely relaxing massage and Betty was very welcoming.

My most recent massage was a traditional thai, and it too was fabulous. Natcha used pressure points to relieve tension in all areas. I have now experienced most of the massages that Only U offers - and I love them all for difference reasons. So great to have a variety to choose from depending on how my body is feeling.

Lovely relaxing experience, loved the massage of my feet and hands especially. Nails both finger and toes look great. Extensive colour selection. Very clean hygienic salon.

Betty gives the most generous and relaxing pregnancy massages, always feel so much lighter after a session with her, highly recommended!

The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

I can highly recommend Only U Massage. I have experienced both Lymphatic and Deep Tissue massages and loved them both. I now book weekly appointments as these are by far the best massages I have experienced. Natcha and Maiya are both exceptional , professional and friendly and answer all my questions. A beautiful relaxing decor welcomed me, a warm fragrant room, dim lighting, and soft sheeting on the massage bed. Anna used the perfect amount of pressure, and made sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend a visit.

Today I had a 90min hard pressure massage with cupping from the amazing Phelina. I am always on cloud 9 when I go to Bamboo spa Lower Hutt and the ladies there are all incredible. Amazing massage from Maiya. So grateful I had her. She removed all the knots and sore muscles I had from my body. Being on contest prep my activity level is quite high and holding a lot of inflammation in my body. Also, coming off my night shifts it’s been super relaxing afterwards to get a massage. Today Woody worked a lot on my back neck and shoulders and i became aware of how much tension i carry there and how that also effects my hip and legs. His treatment was the perfect balance between deep tissue pressure point (very painful) and long easing strokes with oil which allowed me to relax on a deeper level. We are so lucky to have Only U Massage in our lives, thank you Woody and thank you Aunty for providing such excellent and professional service. Highly recommend!!

After doing some heavy work in my garden the last week my left hop abd thigh and knee started playing up and the muscles around the hip joint had tightened up. I booke a 90 min deep tissue massage with Woody my regular male therapist. The deep treatment was painful and he knew exactly to locate and administer the right amount of deep pressure that allowed the muscles to relax and release the tightness. Painful but incredibly rewarding afterwards. Back for more for sure!!!

Woody has looked after my body since January this year when i competed in the NZ Swimming Masters (and win 4 gold medals!). Today was my last massage session of the year. A whole year of stress had build up in my neck and shoulders, by first relaxing the rest of my body, Woody was able to go deep into the knots and tightness of my neck, painful at the time but incredibly freeing afterwards. The Team of Only U Massage look after your needs and treat us as friends, even giving me a beautiful Christmas card with a gift voucher inside. Now, how cool is that?
