I always walked away feeling lighter, both physically and mentally. I’m sad to see her leave Bamboo Spa Lower Hutt, but so excited for what’s next for her! The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

My second Lymphatic massage was similar, but different to the first. As Natcha says, "it is important to change the way the massage is done, as the body becomes used to the strokes and pressures. You need to "trick" the body sometimes to get the best outcome." Another fabulous experience.

Today I had a 90min hard pressure massage with cupping from the amazing Phelina. I am always on cloud 9 when I go to Bamboo spa Lower Hutt and the ladies there are all incredible. I do also opt for VIP vouchers which work out far better financially, but also, you know that you are investing in yourself and always look forward to the next one. Thank you Bamboo Spa

I tried a Lymphatic massage this week and was again pleased to receive a great experience. Very different to the Deep Tissue I have been getting, but on Natcha's advice I was keen to try it. Some areas in my lymphatic system need some more attention, so I will have another one this week.

Had yet another wonderful experience at Bamboo spa Lower Hutt. My Masseuse Rachel is such a caring person who is adaptable to concentrating on specific tight areas on the back and shoulders when requested. Bamboo spa Lower Hutt is by far the best massages I’ve experienced. Highly recommend their traditional Hilot massage with Ventura cupping.

I can highly recommend Only U Massage. I have experienced both Lymphatic and Deep Tissue massages and loved them both. I now book weekly appointments as these are by far the best massages I have experienced. Natcha and Maiya are both exceptional , professional and friendly and answer all my questions. You will not be disappointed whichever treatment you book.

I had a Swedish massage with Woody, which was great, but didn't expect the 'stretching' thing after the massage, I later got told by someone , that is part of the Thai massage way. Although I did feel good afterward, thank you for making my experience comfortable.

Amazing massage from Maiya. So grateful I had her. She removed all the knots and sore muscles I had from my body. Being on contest prep my activity level is quite high and holding a lot of inflammation in my body. Also, coming off my night shifts it’s been super relaxing afterwards to get a massage. I can’t wait for another one with Maiya.

I had the most amazing experience getting a luxury manicure, pedicure and facial treatment in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. Expertise in nail artistry means my nails are a show stopper, I’m so thrilled! They use heavenly products like organic Fijian coconut scrubs for hands/feet and a luxurious nature based Italian brand for the facial massage with added red light therapy. My face feels incredible, so ready for the big event. The salon is gorgeous too, if you want to feel truly pampered, this is it! Five stars.

Betty gives the most generous and relaxing pregnancy massages, always feel so much lighter after a session with her, highly recommended!

Great massage!

Today’s massage didn’t meet my expectations. I booked a deep tissue session, but the technique on my back, shoulders, and neck felt inconsistent and confusing. However, the leg massage was well done. Two weeks ago, I had an excellent experience with Labuna—so much so that I recommended her to my wife, who also had a great session. Unfortunately, Labuna wasn’t available when I booked last night, and today’s experience didn’t compare. Disappointed, as I was hoping for the same high standard. Thank you.
