Absolutely fantastic experience easy to book online with availability to suit my needs. After working loads of hours and having hectic few weeks decided to book in for Indian head massage, all I can say is I completely felt the difference and benefits after it. I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional.
