Anna welcomes you and makes you feel special. Her pleasant and caring manner helps you relax and conversation flows easily. She is very efficient and gets on with the work ,but you never feel she is rushing. Taking time over choice of nail colour is no problem and I always come out with a new and wonderful combination. i was concerned about chin waxing today because I have injured my neck and she was so thoughtful and careful.
