Went to Andrew with lower back from CrossFit and running, he went through all the potential courses and how I can prevent them. Full body massage focusing on lower back for pain and tight hamstrings made sure to work on areas of concerns. Amazing service couldn't recommend him more

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊

Great firm massage no messing with a light touch she gets deep into your muscles which is what you need if you run or a serious gym goer. I would recommend Sofie to any of my gym or running buds. I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍
