I have been going to Helena for skin care and massage needs for over 3 years. She is a consummate professional who gets great results. She has a keen ability to hone in on problem areas to get to the root of any issue. Lovely atmosphere, kind and caring person, and 11/10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

This was the most relaxing and incredible massage / spa experience I have ever had. With most massages, it is hard for me to enjoy because the massage is NEVER long enough...and I find myself anxious awaiting the end that is always coming too soon. With this massage, I had absolutely none of that stress! With the spa experience in my own home combining the Hot Stones, cups, Facial, Aroma Therapy and meditation, this was the best money I have ever spent on myself. I will forever be a client because of the care and attention to my body that Ambar took. Thank you for being such a kind soul!

Great experience on a much needed massage! Ambar is great at keeping an easy conversation going and fully explained what was going on with my back pain and how to prevent it in the future. I felt amazing after and even better the next day. She even showed stretches to do to help prevent the same injury in the future. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone!

I decided to google spas close to my hotel while staying in Calgary and happened to pick this place. This decision turned out to be the best one I’ve ever made with regards to a spa. Courteous, kind, friendly, above and beyond. My massage and facial were by far the absolute best I have ever received! My skin has never looked this good and I am feeling better than ever! They actually care about their clients and make sure they walk out of there feeling a million times better than when they walked in. I will forever be booking here when I’m in Calgary. This is an absolute 10/10 in every aspect.

Went for a massage for glute pain had Karen as my therapist just awesome definitely knows her stuff ,gave me a massage as well as did some exercises for my glute pain this definitely did wonders.Karen is probably one of the best therapists I’ve had I’ve been doing massages for years,staff is awesome very friendly clean I,ll recommend this place to everyone.

I got a fantastic relaxation with Anastishia' massage today. She just customized her massage as per my ask by focusing and putting on more pressure where I needed. My back and neck areas are relaxed.
