It was my first time at Upgrade Barbershop and I'm very satisfied with my haircut, shave, head massage and my overall experience. My hair stylist was Mr. Abhilash and he right away understood my needs as I am quite particular about getting my medium length hair, cut right. Sam is a new barber for me, I lived in Hertfordshire and had the same barber for many years, Sam identified my problematic crown hair, his idea is already taking shape, he also advised how better to have my hair cut, only a subtle change but straight away you could see how slimming it was to my head/face. Have seen him twice now and very pleased with his communication, banter and zest with his profession

My 1st Visit. Dylan Tulloch was extremely thorough and meticulous. Talked about music the entire time. One of the best haircuts, shave, and goatee trim that I have ever had. I cannot recommend Talking Heads and Dylan enough. This is the only place and the only stylist I will go to going forward

Very friendly, kids love going and getting there hair cut and my 16yr old get a shave and Shannon has explained it with him due to getting a wet shave. Boys wouldn't go anywhere else highly recommended

Omran and Rochelle really took care of me. I got the Qabbani package. Omran is very detailed when it comes to hair and beard. He even gives suggestions based on your face type and head shape, which is quite a rare skill to find these days in barbers. He also finished the haircut and beard very quickly - under 1 hour. Rochelle was very detailed as well with manicure and pedicure. They do the pedicure at the barber seat, so you get your haircut and beard done in parallel. She also has some very interesting stories to tell! This will be my regular place now.

The barbers here really know their stuff! Super nice customer service and amazing hair cut/ fades. Went in with quite the head of hair and they cleaned me up real good! 100% will go there regularly!! Great price too for what they do here, would recommend!
