Christie was amazing! The environment was calm and welcoming, and she asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I needed from the treatment. I booked a sports massage after a recent event and was feeling quite tight, but I left feeling so much better, looser, more relaxed, and ready to get back to training.

I struggle with neck and upper back pain. Mainly due to old sport injuries. Christie's treatment addressed my issues and she gave really good advice on how to manage my pain going forward. She used various techniques to loosen up my neck and upper back. I will be back. Highly recommend Christie for a good sport massage.

I had the most incredible treatments. I had a deeply relaxing massage as well as a reflexology treatment with Elle that was profoundly healing. I walked away feeling so much lighter and with more freedom in my mind and movement. Elle is so attuned and is a master of her craft. The attention to detail- from the forest room decor, the scent of palo santo and the candlelit room, all create a space steeped in intention and ensured that I felt held and cared for. I can't recommend it more highly.

I had an amazing Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage and truly loved the experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and soothing — I was able to completely unwind. Christie was extremely caring, attentive, and intuitive. She really listened to me and adapted the massage perfectly to my needs, which made me feel very comfortable and well looked after throughout the session. I had the Brazilian lymphatic body contour massage with Nicole. It was incredible! She really knows what she’s doing and is so passionate about contouring the body. The body is her canvas :) It felt so good and relaxing! I will def go back.

I did the Brazilian Lymph Massage for the first time at Christie‘s Studio and it was the best massage I‘ve ever had. She is so nice, the studio & her body oils smell soooo nice & she is just the nicest person ever. 10/10, I would go back there every time!!!!

I had the pleasure of having a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Christie. Wow wow wow, it was much more than just a treat!! Christie is a master in this field, this is no ordinary massage. Many other tools were used, she’s highly intuitive and knows exactly where & what to push. I’m a massage critic as I’m highly sensitive & also very aware of every inch of my body, & Christie left my body feeling so much lighter & released years of trauma layering the body. I would give her 6 stars if I could, you will not regret this medical massage 🙏🏼 My body is so grateful for the support she gave me.
