I went for Ayurvedic Yoga massage and I received an hour in paradise. After this session I slept well, without any pain. Had an amazing 2 hr session with Helen today, no length of time is ever long enough! Helen's knowledge is second to non, I don't have to tell her where I hurt, she is experienced enough to know by touch. She spends time working on areas where there's pain and I always leave feeling I've had a good reset. Today was a little different, Helen was using me for some practise work which was good to be a part of. Ayurvedic massage and the different approach to massage really leaves you feeling relaxed. I'd recommend Helen without any hesitation.
