Excellent professional knowledge delivered in a way that instantly makes you feel at ease. All work is completed with an explanation of what she is doing and why and also provides follow up exercises to continue to address problem areas. Small business with a highly personable approach. Great service, talked through the process and what areas needed targeting and how to go About resolving the issues. More than just a sports massage it was understanding your own body mechanics and how and why things happen, also given exercises to work on the areas that need more work. Thank you
