I had an absolutely amazing experience this morning - I got the pregnancy massage and I am so so glad I booked this for myself. I was feeling unsure if I would be comfortable as I am currently 37 weeks pregnant although Lesley made sure I had everything I needed and it was the most amazing experience. Such a gorgeous set up and the most professional experience. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone. Thank you ❤️

Sports massage dry needling and some acupuncture. Andrew is great at what he does always comes across muscle tigtness and I always feel great after it. Also with the acupuncture I slept amazing last night felt very relaxed. Very knowledgeable with his work.

Had the most amazing 2hrs with Rebecca at The nest today .. Her quirky little caravan is just amazing, the treatments I had were hybrid eyebrows, lash tint dermoblading and the most relaxing massage ever .. First time at the Nest and I had a lovely Swedish back massage. It’s very clear Rebecca is very experienced and provided additional comfortable such as pillows for ankles/legs and for neck which made my experience better. It was very relaxing and Rebecca got rid of my stress tension/knots in my neck and shoulders and checked with me of the pressure was ok. The massage oil smelt gorgeous. The massage was definitely needed and I will rebook again. Thank-you Rebecca

Fiona is amazing, she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I always come out of my massage feeling amazing and so refreshed. Can’t recommend her enough!

This was my first time seeing Andrew. I had a pain in my left shoulder for a couple of months. After seeing Andrew my shoulder feels alot better. I will be booking another appointment with him soon. Also I would definitely recommend anyone to go and see Andrew if they have any injury problems or just want to feel relaxed.

Andrew is my go to for pre-race deep tissue massage to get rid of any tightness and niggles. As always, I left feeling far better than when I arrived. He's the best at finding & relieving those tight spots. My body feels so much more relaxed & loose, and ready to run!

It's always a real treat having Fiona massage my neck & shoulders. The experience was even more enhanced as this was my first visit to her new premises in the old Ulster Bank Building which are so bright & cheerful & so tastefully decorated. This was an excellent treatment. Really needed a good deep sports massage. The treatment was great. Andrew was able to blend in acupuncture and other products to really enhance the treatment and I came away feeling more relaxed, both physically and mentally 🙋🏼‍♀️

Very knowledgable with a fantastic grasp of the biomechanics of the human body. Andrew was able to assess and diagnose my injury issues on the spot and then administer treatment there and then. I would definitely recommend him to anyone whether they need a routine sports massage or if they’ve an injury they need assessing and then treating with the appropriate course of treatment and excerices.
