The whole experience from the bubbly and knowledgeable Katrina to the peace and quiet of her lovely studio, not to mention the warm bed! The extra mile of the hand and arm massage while the mask set was bliss. LOVED the new natural skincare range on my skin. I left rejuvenated and booked my new few appointments!

Jayde is the absolute sweetest and so good at what she does! The atmosphere is so nice and she is great to chat to. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Dunedin, 100% recommend!

From the herbal tea on arrival, to the warm bed and towels, exfoliated, waxed, massaged and moisturised you’ll not only leave with the smoothest legs, you’ll feel incredibly relaxed and pampered. Jess was professional, friendly and caring. She applied a good amount of pressure in areas that needed extra manipulation. The hour went too quickly. After the massage I felt mentally and physically relaxed. I really enjoyed the heated jade stones, and would’ve liked more of that. To enhance the experience, it would be good to have a warm towel covering the body.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend doing an infrared sauna at Well and Being. I love the touch of offering tea and a relax room afterwards.
