Very thorough and professional initial review. Caitlin made me feeling I was in very capable hands I have had several years of pain in my shoulder following surgery more than 7 years ago. Caitlin gave me a fantastic massage with trigger point therapy and I have to say I feel brilliant. My shoulder feels amazing, less tight, and less pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caitlin.

Caitlin is professional, welcoming & knowledgeable. Her background in fitness really helped her pinpoint the right muscles and I felt so much relief after my session. If you’re looking for someone who can use trigger points to release sore tight muscles, Caitlin is the one.

Caitlin is excellent. She took the time to talk through any injuries or sore areas and also considers what might be causing those areas to be tight or sore. Caitlin checks in to make sure pressure is ok and provides a comfortable space to be able to enjoy the massage. I always feel so relaxed during the massage and because of her massages I have recovered quicker from weight sessions and injuries. Caitlin is also very calm and approachable making the experience that much more amazing.

I’ve had quite a few massages with Caitlin but this was the first remedial massage. She was very focused on finding problem areas, asking questions and working on the issue. I feel that the remedial massage was exactly what my body needed yesterday.

Great massage!! I had a shoulder issue for two years and Rebuild Remedial took 30mins to resolve. Would highly recommend! Great customer service and very professional.
