I arrived at Hannah's feeling quite out of sorts and tight chested - struggling to swallow and take deep breaths. I left feeling lighter, more chilled out, relaxed and able to breathe and sigh more easily. Hannah explained that the painful areas on my feet were associated with my diaphragm which all adds up! Thanks Hannah - you are amazing and really help with both my physical and emotional difficulties.

This was my first experience of an Indian Head massage and I loved it. I went in feeling a bit stressed with aching shoulders, neck and hands. ( I have osteoarthritis). I left feeling refreshed and with a real reduction in pain. The surroundings were relaxing and the therapist was kind, professional and skilled. I had total confidence that she knew exactly what she was doing. I’m definitely going back!
