I had the most wonderful relaxing reflexology session. I literally float out of the treatment room. Benefits don’t stop there, I feel emotionally and physically better for days after.

I arrived at Hannah's feeling quite out of sorts and tight chested - struggling to swallow and take deep breaths. I left feeling lighter, more chilled out, relaxed and able to breathe and sigh more easily. Hannah explained that the painful areas on my feet were associated with my diaphragm which all adds up! Thanks Hannah - you are amazing and really help with both my physical and emotional difficulties.
