I've had a lot on my mind recently with several family matters and changes in circumstances. Sarah pinpointed this during the reiki session, without me having said anything previously. The Indian head massage was also incredibly relaxing and I'm sure my shoulders dropped about 6 inches. Looking forward to my next treatment.

I had a Lymphatic drainage massage with Paige and the results were incredible in just one session, the treatment was super relaxing and I was immediately less bloated and more contoured. I’ve had previous abdominal surgery, so Paige tailored the massage to ensure I’d get the most out of it. 10/10 🫶🏼

I had the lymphatic drainage facial and it is a lovely, relaxing experience - calming music, lovely surroundings, just wonderful. It’s my second time having this facial and my skin looks and feels so much better. I will definitely be returning.

Kendra is not only an amazing hairdresser but she has a gift in making you feel safe and comfortable. She took a weight off my shoulders both literally and mentally as I had the Indian head massage and sound bowl on top. I love the extras for your menstrual cycle too with the addition of a blanket and hot chocolate, it’s so thoughtful!
