Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She was so professional, but also incredibly warm and friendly, which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took such care with both treatments, and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. It was such a relaxing experience, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout. Had the most incredible response with Leah today . I’ve had quite a few appointments with her but this one I felt the energy on a cellular level and like I’d gone into a pure meditative state . Apparently my entire upper body went into convulsions, which Leah had never seen before in any treatments and I’ve left feeling incredibly safe and secure . This was after a weekend of being very physically unwell , lots of things going wrong and feeling deep intense fatigue like I was absorbing negative energy from another source . Now I feel absolutely incredible , what an amazing experience

Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. I've now been seeing Jack for a regular monthly massage for around 18 months. He is an excellent practitioner of the art and I always leave sessions feeling relaxed, comfortable and with any niggly aches and pains banished. Cannot recommend Jack highly enough.

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.
