Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

Honestly, THE best massage I’ve ever had! Mika was amazing and a great business owner. Would gladly come back here next time I’m in Vancouver. Get the Seitai massage, you won’t regret it! The Korean tea in the end was a nice touch to cap it off!

The treatment was very good except that there was no massage - I have visited a Hammam in Morocco and another hammam spa on Granville in Vancouver and there is always a massage component. The price is comparable. Also the person that worked with me was lovely but she only applied the body oil to the front of my body. I was not able to use the sauna beforehand as there was a man in the room and a couple in the Himalayan salt room but that is my fault as I arrived only 30 minutes early not realizing I would be waiting around to use the saunas I preferred due to the one household policy.

Excellent buccal massage and scultural facial massage. The service releases muscular tension on my face and neck. Especially, it helped to relax my jaw lines due to my bruxism habit. Higly recommended.

The best spa experience I’ve ever had with the most friendly staff. My wife and I booked a coconut oil couples massage. This experience was truly amazing. When I booked this experience I was hoping it would be an authentic Japanese experience. I can honestly say my expectations were greatly exceeded as it truly felt like we were transported out of Vancouver to Japan. I would highly recommend this place!

Reflexology massage was amazing

Serhii is a former athlete who really is knowledgeable about the muscles. The massage that I received from him was amazing; deep tissue massage that relieved my many issues.

Had a fantastic time. Booked 2 different massages (relaxation and kobiand) for my cousin and me, we both really enjoyed it. Mika was really skilled and the whole atmosphere was calming. Once our treatments had finished, we weren't rushed in any way but had a beautiful little Japanese style room with tea all to ourselves - great way to end the experience. Would definitely book again!

Anastasia was very good at sensing how hard the massage should be to get more results than just a relaxing hour lounging on a comfy bed. I came away with the feeling that if I went on a regular basis I would truly benefit from her massages. The room was beautiful, the music just right. Although the room was not totally dark it didn't bother me. A nice touch was the wipe down with a warm cloth to take off the oil. I want to try her face massage which she says she does three times a week on herself - it certainly works on her! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Anastasia.
