Great morning with Neil. A terrific help. I’d recently been told I’ve Plantar fasciitis (yes, I thought that too) and was thinking not another “thing” to go wrong with my left leg/foot. Neil pointed out that it would be connected to my glutes (again). Brilliant news, I thought, as I can begin to fix that - back to strengthening my glutes! Neil is a real blessing to me. I highly recommend him, he is full of helpful knowledge, quick to give insightful practical tips & exercise techniques to remedy issues and provides excellent massages! Thx Neil

Fantastic! I really needed some urgent help as I’d got myself (or my body) in quite a pickle. When you over do it having had brain surgery, your nervous system can suddenly go haywire, which in turn causes your muscles to tense up (in particular, your weaker side). Neil, very kindly offered me a slot the next working day & went to work. The day after, my body had recovered significantly from the pain & I was able to relax again. What a relief to have Neil on hand. I’m grateful for his expertise & compassion.

Alicia is always friendly, welcoming and kind. I have chronic illnesses that make attending appointments hard sometimes, and I never feel rushed if I need a moment to calm my symptoms while I'm there. She is efficient in her work and always leaves my eyebrows looking lovely, and causes less pain to me waxing a whole area than I do to myself plucking a singular hair! I've been going to her for a while now and would highly recommend, wonderful service from lovely person
