George is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. His expertise was obvious throughout the session, and he worked on the areas causing tension with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling noticeably looser, refreshed, and with much better mobility. If you're looking for a skilled sports massage therapist in a calm, welcoming setting, parking outside the door this is definitely the place to go.

Totally different massage to any I have had before. Have had two sessions and will go back again. George explains what he is doing and how the massage benefits your body and well being.
