Elliot was great, advised that one session should be enough to relieve my symptoms rather than trying to sell me an unnecessary course of treatment which was much appreciated. Came highly recommended and I can see why, would definitely use Elliot again and recommend him to others.

Elliot is really warm and welcoming, talking the time for a background of your physical performance and injury/issue history. He clearly explains the treatment process for your visit. Elliot was very enhancing and it very considerate and keeps you talking through the stages where treatment might be uncomfortable and keeps your mind focused. Coming from a CrossFit background, Elliot was able to identity how movements will be impacting my injuries and offers strength and conditioning exercises to help my develop on these areas.

Went in with a painful shoulder mobility problem I have been dealing with for years. I was getting massages 3x per week to try to alleviate the pain but then I met Elliot, after the first session the pain went away and mobility increased. Very pleased we crossed paths. Excellent massage to help after 4 events at SiD

I first started to have these sessions about October time in preparation for a marathon. I've had calf pain for 6 years which has really limited what I can do. The issue was identified and sorted on the first session, I've been pain free ever since. I've been going once a month to get ready for a marathon. I must say with out his expertise I would not of got this far.
