Went to Inner Beauty Scartho for the first time for a full body Swedish massage with Lola. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. The room was clean, warm and cosy (not too hot or cold), with fresh towels ready. The massage was properly relaxing and professiona, good pressure, unhurried, and I left feeling genuinely calmer and looser. Booking was easy, the reminders were helpful, and paying at the end was quick with no fuss. First visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommended 🙂👍

Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes.
