Booked in with Liz for a 90 minute deep tissue treatment from home. Liz was very personable yet professional throughout the booking process as well as in my appointment. The treatment targeted my back, shoulders and neck as these are my areas of discomfort from working a physical job and for the first time in a long time I have no pain. I had an amazing session with Vicky. I had a deep tissue massage and wanted to specifically target my back and hips. She went over everything with me and included the massage but stretches as well to support what was needed. I was so relaxed but also felt the pressure points that was needed for the massage. I have recommended her already to family and friends and can’t wait for my next session! This has really helped me as I have been in a lot of pain and really looking forward to continuing this process with Vicky.
