I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

Just had a therapy massage at MBDC Sports and it was exactly what I needed. Miles was professional, attentive, and worked with great technique. I had some general tension and left feeling refreshed and much more relaxed. 💪🏻Highly recommend.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

Nails 💅, & Gel toes with pedicure.. just bliss.. fabulous colours, "Donut"on my fingers & "In Bloom" on my toes. Pedicure was so needed, very relaxing 😌 I also have to mention Skin Care, which Emily has given me professional advice on & works with "Dermatologica. I will admit that the packaging/branding put me off as it didn't catch my eye, but I will admit it's the best skin care I have ever used. My skin feels amazing, will definitely keep using. Highly recommend to try. Perfect 🤩, thank you 🌷🥰

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly.
