Such a relaxing and luxurious experience! The scalp massage, cleansing ritual, and steam left my hair feeling soft and refreshed. I loved the added arm and hand massage, it made the treatment even more special. Left feeling calm, rejuvenated, and with healthier hair. Highly recommend!

The most incredible massage. I was in so much pain with my neck and back and after the massage with Jay I feel like a new person. I had the most amazing experience at my Japanese head spa! Tracy was absolutely lovely, so warm, friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout. I suffer with dermatitis on my scalp which leaves it flaky, sore and incredibly itchy. When Tracy showed me the build-up on the camera I was honestly shocked, but after the treatment my hair feels incredible and my scalp is completely clear with no flakes at all. Such a relaxing, effective treatment. I can't recommend booking in enough!

My treatment consisted of the the New Medik8 Crystal Retinal Age- Defying Facial and even though this is a new product, Fiona was able to explain the product and process confidently and professionally. This facial was a real treat for me. The bespoke treatment was taylored to my own personal skin type. The facial massage really reached down into the inner layers of my face and afterwards my skin felt and looks amazing. Thank you Fiona for an amazing treatment.
