First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

I visited The Lotus Beauty Rooms the other day with a absolute belter of a migraine, I thought i would have to cancel but so pleased I didn't.... I told Emma what was going on, she then told me to lay on the couch & relax. What came next was an hour of sheer bliss... Emma performed a relaxing massage, cupping, Thai reflexology & then told me to turn over & lay on my back. She then on to do acupuncture, cranial massage & also and upper back & neck massage.. Absolutely unbelievable & I felt like a new person with a new head. The Lotus Beauty Rooms just keeps on getting better & better ♥️♥️♥️♥️

A little gem of a place ! Lo lovely comfortable relaxing furniture and decor, friendly staff who help you relax the minute you reach the top of the stairs. Shoulder back and neck massage was spot on smoothing out the knots and very relaxing. A cafe on site to have squishy cakes in too. Well.....

Ellie is just wonderful. Massage is brilliant, she is very fussy about the small details and looks after me so kindly. Adjusts massage to help pain/knots and views your symptoms holistically as a whole. Brilliant at what she does, won’t go anywhere else. She has helped my shoulder pain immensely and I’ll keep going for maintenance. Salon is quiet, peaceful and lovely and snug which matters when you’re trying to relax.

One of the best massages I've ever had. I'll definitely be back. I really liked the pressure. I lovedhow Hayley's hands were always in contact with a part of my body, and I've never had a full body massage where the masseuse has included my hands and feet as much as Hayley did.

Visited Hannah for a maintenance massage before a big rugby final and boy did my calves need it! First time with cupping and I’d definitely have it done again! I felt so relaxed - thank you v much!
