I had a back and scalp massage with Lauren yesterday and I feel amazing. She used a special tool to gently work out all the knots along my neck, it was so relaxing yet totally different to what I’ve had before. I felt totally held and at peace whilst having my sore areas worked on. Always my favourite treatment time! Thank you Lauren you are magic

Parise was so lovely and accommodating. I booked my appointment very last minute and she was gracious and eager to ensure my appointment went ahead. I booked the holistic massage but wasn’t sure what type so took her guidance after explaining where I had pain and what I wanted out of the massage. She took her time to ensure the biggest knots were eased (I have lots) and checked in with me for how much pressure was happy for her to apply. Everything about the massage was perfect. My shoulders weren’t up by my ears when I left! 🙌🏼 I will definitely be returning, and will even try a facial too! Xx

Lauren literally has magical hands!! I felt so cosy and tucked up in her little massage nest, she knew exactly what I needed when massaging my legs and feet with different pressures on different areas, I’ve left feeling relaxed, lighter and in a lot less pain! This will now be regular monthly must for me :) thank you Lauren! X

Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. Absolutely amazing massage! I have been Lauren so many times she’s always incredible. Regularly helps me destress and relax as well getting rid of some sore and tight shoulders from the work and gym. A lovely room full of plants in an intimate and private home environment that feels just like you’d get at a salon on the high street, but better! ❤️ can’t wait to come back xx

I had a really relaxing Indian head massage with Claire. It was amazing !! First time experiencing one and would recommend it.

After a very stressful period in my life I was so tense in my neck Parise was absolutely wonderful I can move my neck and shoulders with out pain and I normally don’t enjoy massages at all but she made me relaxed and enjoyed every minute thank you again

The was incredibly thorough taking the time to analyse my skin, explain the process, and focus on areas that really needed attention.
