I had a back and scalp massage with Lauren yesterday and I feel amazing. She used a special tool to gently work out all the knots along my neck, it was so relaxing yet totally different to what I’ve had before. I felt totally held and at peace whilst having my sore areas worked on. Always my favourite treatment time! Thank you Lauren you are magic

Lauren literally has magical hands!! I felt so cosy and tucked up in her little massage nest, she knew exactly what I needed when massaging my legs and feet with different pressures on different areas, I’ve left feeling relaxed, lighter and in a lot less pain! Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.

I have visited Beth for massages many times over the years and her massages are second to none. I recently visited her for a massage to relieve menopausal joint related pain and her hands have worked magic. I would highly recommend.

I had a full body massage with Beth this evening! She blended some oils to suit my needs and I felt very warm and relaxed. The massage was wonderful and I was very close to falling asleep. I will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience of Reiki and Indian head massage and also the first time of meeting Emma. I was made to feel immediately welcomed. The massage was very relaxing. I found it surprisingly emotional (in a good way) and Emma was wonderfully caring.

A really lovely space in which to enjoy Beth's intuitive, skilful and individually designed essential oils massage. Her years of experience mean that she works round injuries or restricted movement confidently and with empathy. The only downside to this massage was that it had to end at some point!! I had an absolutely blissful experience!
