There’s more than one reason why I’ve been coming here for over three years now. Laura is so professional and skilled at what she does. The wellness centre is inviting and is the first place I turn to when I’m feeling blue. There’s so many health benefits from the holistic therapies and I would recommend speaking with laura if you’re considering any kind of treatments for her guidance. She’s so knowledgeable! I use a mix of corrective massage, acupuncture, floatation and sauna to keep my pain levels down and mobility up. I would not be without Laura and Sarah, it’s the highlight of my week!

Was my first time using the floatation pod after only finding out about this therapy few weeks ago. It’s very hard to explain what it’s like but would 100% recommend anyone to try it out. Go in with an open mind and you will be amazed by the feelings and sensations you feel, the calmness it creates. Everything about the experience was great, the room was clean and has everything in there. Very knowledgeable and on hand if you need any assistance.
