Really glad I booked a session with Chris. It was very informative, and the massage really helped with my knee stiffness. Even after only a few rounds of the exercises I was given, I have an improvement in my stiffness.

As always, a really good session - problem discussed, very useful information given regarding the cause and treatment of the condition, lengthy massage and then followed up with exercises sent online. It wasn’t my first visit to Chris but it’s been a few years since I’d seen him. After experiencing some back pain for some time I visited Chris to see if he could help. Chris is friendly and professional and takes time to find out what the issue is, he also gives you some exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments.
