I had a lovely experience with Sam. It was my first massage (back,shoulder and neck) and it was great. I also had a facial and again it was so relaxing. Sam talked me through what she was doing. Where do I begin, ease of booking and finding the venue spot on. Katie was just the warmest of characters I have ever met. So much knowledge and explained the process every step of the way. We could have chatted for hour I’m sure but I was in receipt of “Ritual” treatment so wanted to enjoy the experience. The body and facial massage absolutely devine. All products used were explained. The pressure point facial made me relax even more. I must say she Katie hit the spot in relaxation (normal I find it hard to totally relax) but that I did!! Me and the couch became one. Thank you 🥰
