Absolute 10/10. I will be back! This was my first head spa experience and it was phenomenal. Rachel asked me what pressure I preferred, which is medium-firm, and she delivered! I did the express head spa experience + neck & shoulder hot stone massage (because I didn’t feel I needed the blow dry or scalp evaluation). It was so relaxing. Everything smelled amazing and clean. The combination of scalp massage, hair wash, face massage and shoulder massage was everything I needed for my sore muscles — as a mom of two toddlers who works out 6 days a week.

I have done a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue massage and both are incredible! The Lymphatic drainage helped me tremendously with feeling less inflamed and with my acne! The deep tissue helped me feel so relaxed & relieved a lot of tension! Seidy’s hands are magical and you can tell she loves what she does. 😁

Amazing experience! We did a couples deep tissue massage and it was sooo good. The pressure was perfect and we both left feeling completely relaxed. The table showers and sauna were a great bonus too. Definitely coming back! 👏🚿

Everything that was tense when I got there was gone when I left. No more pain either. Best massage I ever had. He was excellent and caring. I'll be back every time in Miami. Excellent pricing as well.

Mia was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable from the moment we started and checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was just right. The hot stones were amazing, and I loved the thoughtful touch of beginning with calming lavender aromatherapy. Her technique was wonderful, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

Ming’s Massage Spa is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in. The décor was stunning, calming, and so thoughtfully done. The specialized birthday room was such a lovely touch and made the experience feel extra special. I am beyond happy that I chose this location to celebrate my mom and friend’s birthday. They truly enjoyed their massages the pressure was perfect, and the therapists knew exactly where to focus. Every spot that needed attention was addressed, and they left feeling complete.

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages plus a one-hour foot reflexology session at Healing and Massage Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. He got the deep tissue massage and said the pressure was perfect — firm, thorough, and exactly what his tight muscles needed. I chose the Swedish massage, and it was so relaxing and smooth. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free the entire time. The foot reflexology was next-level. After being on our feet all the time, that extra hour focused just on our feet felt incredible.

Wow! Great experience my arm has been so sore from a previous stiffness and my massage therapist did a great job relaxing me and gave me relief from pain.,I also got the hot oil treatment and it relaxed all my muscles.
