My wife and I recently had an incredible couple hot stone massages. The experience left us feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. From the moment we stepped into the spa, the atmosphere was calming, with soft lighting and soothing music setting the perfect tone. Both Jaleese and Rhee were attentive, checking in to ensure the pressure was just right, and tailored the session to focus on areas where we were both holding tension. This was one of the best massages I have ever had and I’ve had many. The facial was wonderful and informative as well. The ladies are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise and always checking to make sure you are comfortable. The establishment is very clean and pleasing to the eye. If you are in need of some self care, I highly recommend Highlighted Beauty by Shan Spa. I will be back. Ladies don’t walk, RUN!!!

From arrival to departure the service at the spa was top notch. It was my birthday and I was greeted with Happy Birthday by the receptionist and a mini cake. Then it was time for the pedicure and massage. Trecia and Jaleesa were extremely professional, friendly and thorough and I felt wonderful by the time I left. We have already booked our next visit to the spa. The facilities have been refurbished and the place looks new. I want to commend Trecia on the changes to improve on what was already a great product.

This has got to be the BEST Spa I ever booked! Periodtttt! It's my third visit and I'm a satisfied customer every single time. Jalessa was excellent with my facial and massage and Alyssa did an amazing job bringing my feet back to life! This was my first time going to the Spa and I must say the service is excellent .. Jana introduce herself upon entry and also Cherise again professional 🥹 I was placed in a massage chair that was sooooo relaxing omg they made me felt at home and the process didn’t even start I also meet Adonia she’s very sweet and nice all the ladies were communicating and working together ( Great team Work ) but a big Thank You to Jana I appreciate everything 🙏🏼❤️

Allison, my nail tech professional, was very amenable. I absolutely enjoyed my manicure spa treatment, particularly the scrub. God permitting, I hope to book my next appointment in the very near future.

The serene atmosphere, professional staff, and beautifully decorated room made for a relaxing experience. Jaleesa tailored the massage to my needs, providing just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. The spa's complimentary amenities, like chocolates , complimentary drink in their relaxation lounge, added to the overall blissful experience. Highly recommend!
