Ryan is a fantastic massage therapist. Actually he is more than that, he listens and has knowledge and understanding of the body. His genuine interest in the body and his clients really stands out. Great coach! Continuous improvements being made week after week. Small adjustments to form, coaching on correct techniques and providing me with confidence to perform different movements and lifts to keep me improving in my sessions with Byron and those in the gym on my own. Assistance and support in learning and identifying the elements that are helping me to progress and those holding me back. Each session is bespoke to help me achieve my own personal goals with the recognition that these change over time and training is also updated to reflect this. Throughly enjoying my training now!

Have been to Gavin for several different injuries over last few months.He has help really well with all of them .Has good knowledge and average patter Best advice I could give to anyone with a niggle of and injury or soreness get booked in asap it will honestly help long term with your fitness and health Less time on the couch more time in the gym

My first personal training session was great, although I have worked with weights previously, Ryan went through the basics of positioning the body to ensure correct technique before starting with heavier weights. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to strengthen and tone their body in a safe and relaxing studio.

Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.

Brilliant experience. Went in for a full MOT and Gav took a hands on approach and used his wealth of experience and knowledge to get to the root causes of my long term back pain which I felt had been overlooked by other therapists and trainers. He gave me advice on how to strengthen the cause areas as well as tips on how to balance out my training going forward. I left our session feeling rejuvenated, stronger and more confident. Gav was friendly and professional and has a genuine desire to see his clients improve and get back to doing what they love. 1000% recommend!
