It was very relaxing. I could feel the tension slipping away. The setting was peaceful and tranquil. Mrs Greene was nothing short of amazing! The Spa room is immediately relaxing. Kae is lovely and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions about my aches, pains and knots and gave lots of advice about what I can do to help with the pain and to prevent it. The massage was excellent 😩 it felt soothing, relaxing and all my kinks and knots were worked out. 10/10 would recommend. ☺️ Tips: Come early so you can chill in the cute, cosy lobby with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the balcony.

Had 90 minute Amber Favorite Massage, a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massages. Brenda did an excellent job with the massage. Lynn, who arranged the apartment, greeted me and got me settled. The spa had steam room and shower to cool off. Facility was nice, clean and relaxing. Look forward to visiting again next time I'm back in Nassau.

My first time at live well spa was very professional , engaging and she explain what she was doing and why. We I liked . It was not about pushing products so can buy , she used the product on my face , so can really see the,difference that made me want to buy the products to get the same results she gave me , radiation , hydrated and supple skin. Thank you , already made my appointment for next month already.

My first experience getting a facial was 10/10. Soothing and relaxing. With gentle music in the background. Almost fell asleep twice with how relaxed I was. Honestly, the only disappointing part was when it was over. Overall I loved the whole experience and of course came out glowing!

I had a wonderful massage experience at Studio Delight with Thomara yesterday. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it easy to relax right away. Thomara’s technique was excellent. Feel like we hit the jackpot finding J Lindsay! She is so knowledgeable and has that magic touch! She's a wonderful communicator and listened to everything I said about my chronic neck pain, which she worked on with tools and techniques that I've rarely gotten in the States (and I get a fair amount of massages!). I got the focused therapeutic massage, and my husband got the relaxing massage. My only regret is that I we can't bring Lindsay to the States with us!!
