Hannah was absolutely lovely! The room was really relaxing, and didn't have a strong aromatherapy smell, which I appreciated. She worked consistently throughout the appointment, and was really welcoming and professional. I've already booked to return, very highly recommended

Fantastic treatment by Evie. I had the Japanese Ocha facial and it was such a relaxing and indulgent experience. I can have some sensitivity but after my treatment my skin was calm and hydrated. Have rebooked and can’t wait for my next treatment.

I had a facial and back massage with Tara at The Lotus Room and it was amazing. The massage was so relaxing and the facial left my skin refreshed. Tara is welcoming, professional and made the whole experience feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.
